The Playstation 3 version of Soul Calibur 4 doesn’t have a rumble option for the DualShock 3 controller. A TalkPlaystation.com member has sent in an email to say that he got the game early (breaking the street date) and simply told us that he looked in every possible menu when he realised there is no rumble in the game. Apparently an update was released on Friday and that didn’t add rumble support either.
Lets hope Namco Bandai will add rumble support in a future update or something.

Everyone who plays fighting games don’t use rumble.
It isn’t just for PS3. 360 doesn’t have rumble as well.
Arcade Stick, ftw.
it’s ok, since rumble is so last gen
Wow, considering how long the DS3 has been out that’s pretty damn inexcusable for this developer…
Why do people keep saying that rumble is so last generation. Come on! If it was REALLY last generation, why is it that the CURRENT generation wants it??
If it was really LAST generation, why did Sony create a Force Feedback 3 game pad??? It’s because Xbox 360 which is also current generation has it and they need to compete.
Spreading the fiction that rumble is last gen is just an excuse people use to cover over the fact that Sony screwed up.
I’m glad they fixed it. Let’s hope that they add a rumble patch to Soul Calibur. By the way, to the person who said the Xbox 360 doesn’t have rumble, that’s a lie. It does. ALL Xbox games have force feedback. I have both versions, because I couldn’t wait for the vader and yoda patches.
People who make sense on the internet make me happy.
Not for long, though.
