Playstation Video Store not available everywhere?

It seems that the newly launched Playstation Video Store, the store that allows you to watch movies and TV shows isn’t available to some regions. After trying to access the videos store via PC some users are greeted with this message:

No doubt this has something to do with the same reasoning behind DVD and Blu-Ray regional codes. You’ll probably see different content in different regions. They pmost likely wanted a working version to display at the conference but will have the rest of the regions sorted afterwards.
Exactly each region has different region codes because the rating systems are different in each country. What may be ok in the U.S. may be to violent in another country or even banned in another country.
