PSM3: Final Fantasy on 360 is a diaster for PS3?

PlayStation 3 Magazine has spoken about Final Fantasy XIII going to the Xbox 360 and why it’s not really much of a disaster.

THE TRUTH – Sony fanboys have been up in arms that Final Fantasy XIII is coming to Xbox 360, while Microsoft fanboys have been punching the air with glee, declaring it some kind of victory. And while it’s slightly sad to see a PlayStation institution like FF share its love with another console, it genuinely doesn’t matter. Will it affect your enjoyment of the game knowing Xbox owner’s are having as much fun as you? Not unless you’re mental. And don’t forget; Sony won the series from Nintendo in the first place. Final Fantasy VII was originally being made for N64, but Sony enticed Square to PlayStation with their fancy disc-based storage media. Bottom line? The more money Square makes from FFXIII, the better FFXIV will be, so everyone wins.
All in all i have to agree with PSM3 because the PS3 has a lot of great games coming out from now until next year. Whats your opinion on the matter?
PS3 will still win. The PS3 doesn’t resolve around 1 game.

I don’t get it, there suppose to be experts in the field and the don’t the REAL reason why ps3 users are pissed off…
THE REASON IS NOT THAT IT’S GONNA BE MULTI-CONSOLE GAME BUT WHAT THAT PROCEDURE DOES TO THE GAME. WE ALL LOVE MGS4 NOT BECAUSE IT A PS3 EXCLUSIVE BUT CAUSE ITS ESPECIALLY MADE FOR THE PS3 HARDWARE AND CAN ONLY WORK WITH THE CELL CHIP AN UTILIZE THE BLU RAY CAPABILITY TO THE LIMIT (MORE CONTENT) WHEN IT’S TURN IN A XBOX 360 GAME IT HAD TO DOWNGRADE TO FIT THE DVD’S AND NO SIX AXIS, SO IT BECOME A SHORT AND NOT WORTHY OF THE XIII TITLE.
I said once and I said it again FUCK FFXIII and long life to FFversusXIII..
None of what psm3 has outlined is a disaster. What is a disaster is the economic factor that is the effect this may have on sales of PS3’s. Lets face it FF fans are somewhat hardcore & many (in Europe & US) may have bought a PS3 for their ‘killer app’. Now they have the choice of 2 systems to buy it on, ergo less potential PS3 units sold. Isn’t the real issue Sony needs to give the PS3 the best opportunity to sell as many units as possible, because the more units sold means it becomes a more (economically) attractive unit to develop games for. Perhaps even some previously X360 exclusive games?
Limits people Limits!!! gee even GTA4 was 13gb for PC…blah!
Okay here are the Facts PSM3. If FFXIII stayed exclusive to Sony: it would equal more sales for them. Now that is on Xbox, it is marking doom for the system. No exclusives, higher price system= doom. Why buy higher price system if you can game every game you want on other system that is cheaper? No one whom is smart would buy PS3 which is double the price of Xbox if xbox has every game they want. Only fools buy two systems that have same games. Stupid and waste of money. So you are a idiot talk playstation.
My wife keeps telling me I’m wasting my precious time on games, then I just tell her to shut up =D
